Fresh and Crisp LTO License

After driving for two years in Manila without driver’s license (expired), I finally got my fresh and crisp new license, valid till 2010.  I am lucky not being involved in any accident or getting caught in a traffic violation.  My license is actually expired since 2003.

Also today, I am renewing my passport (should be valid till January 2009) to as to have a fresh one.  I availed of the express system found at this link.
